    Naming Jack the Ripper?

Has anyone picked up a copy yet? I see from newspaper reports it is based on apparent DNA extracted from the alleged Eddowes' shawl. The suggestion is that by comparing to DNA from descendants, the shawl contains DNA traces of both Catherine Eddowes and the supposed murderer, Aaron Kosminski.

Is this the answer after all this time, or the diary all over again??

It's The Official Jack the Ripper Shop. Not a very good one as it hasn't got my book. Apparently it is going to be renamed The Official Aaron Kosminski Shop.

And museum according to the BBC news.

It's never open when I am in the area, but I did peer through the window the other day and see a very small glass cabinet containing some replica letters and an oId police whistle. Perhaps that was the 'museum'.

It's got mine though. So it's not all bad.

Strange there doesn't seem to be any recent offerings. It's like a job lot of old books.

And reproduction copies of Illustrated Police News and many other items of interest. Including a very good guide book pictured above.

The book selection is very good in fact.

I've often seen people complain that Paley's book is hard to get. Well, there's one there.
