Best Post-90s Ripper Books?

Any books you'd consider recommended reading that have been published in the last 15-20 years?

On any topic you like. I'm trying to get up to date.

"They All Love Jack: Busting the Ripper" by Bruce Robinson is a pretty wild ride, and Robinson's hatred of the "establishment" tends to get in the road of his narrative.
However there is some really interesting stuff in the book, and he raises points that I think all future researchers will have to consider.

One serious omission however is the lack of any reference to a Camberwell Carrot!

For an excellent overview of the entire case, there's Jack the Ripper: The Facts by Paul Begg. Others are The Ultimate Jack the Ripper Sourcebook by Evans and Skinner and Jack the Ripper: Scotland Yard investigates by Evans and Rumbelow.
