I bought it recently Christian but have gotten around to reading it yet and with my current ‘to-read’ pile I’m pencilling in mid 2023 when I’ll probably get around to it! Maybe I’ll dip into it.Originally posted by Christian View PostThis book is huge!!! Has a real quality feel to it!! Any thoughts prior to reading it??

Does have a quality feel to it hardback edition ! Do you agree? Has no images within which is a little disappointing!!

Yeah, it's a tome alright!
I have a different hardback edition of this book.
I quite like it.
As has been said before, it's more the kind of book that you dip into, rather than read in its entirety.
It contains both versions of The Lodger and lots of other short stories.

Thanks for your opinion mate ! I quite like the shorter quick chapter vibe some books are very drawn out unnecessarily so will probably enjoy itOriginally posted by Ms Diddles View Post

It’s an impressive collection. As Ms D said it’s the kind of book you can dip into so that’s probably what I’ll do at some point. I bought Penzler’s Sherlock Holmes volume a while ago even though I’d got most of the stuff that was in it. It’s certain worth getting if you like Holmes.Originally posted by Christian View Post
