I’ve never paid anything like that much for a ripper book to be honest. I’ve been trying to think what’s the most I’ve paid and I thinks it’s around £45 for The Harlot Killer around 20 years ago. Also the brilliant Winston Ramsey book The East End Then And Now. I might have paid around the same for Le Queux and two days later I bought a tatty copy of his Pearl Of The Borgias from a charity shop for a £1. I got Major Arthur Griffiths books for free from a house clearance (although volume one is a smaller book than 2 and 3. Never got a William Stewart though. A friend of mine has one though and he knows someone that has two!Regards

I've paid more for one or two others, but in this case I really needed the book to inform my research into Kłosowski's life.
