Is the "OVER 540 pages" just the first part or does it include the other six parts?

it works on any PDF reader, but not all allow the hyperlinks to function.
Adobe certainly does and I think it works ok in something called pages.
My friend tested it on his full size Apple computer. And his iPad
If not it's just a traditional book.

Anyway I’ve just saved it to Acrobat too. Is that a better thing to do?Regards

So the footnotes, maps and external links won't function.
I may convert it, at a later stage, however you are then at the mercy of Amazon to a degree..
Acrobat works best at present.
Full functionality

A propos of absolutely nothing, let me say that I have read Steve's book and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The amount of detail in the book is quite staggering, and in relation to the pelters that Steve has been getting on another thread, in my opinion he has presented the facts in a sober and unbiased way.
Any speculation in the book is done from the standpoint of available evidence and probability.
Any speculation like this will inevitably tread on the toes of someone's theory, but isn't honest assessment of the evidence and sober speculation to be applauded as trying to take the case forward?

Most of the annoying typos have been corrected.
The 2nd Edition contains an expanded section on "Polly" and on the "Cast" plus new maps in the chapter on the Geography and History of Bucks Row and whole new section on the on the lost Public Houses of the area.
