It's a stream of a game released in 2009. The game's developers, Frogwares have made 11 Holmes games, according to the list at the bottom of the game's wikipedia page.

As much as I like Holmes and point and click type adventure video games, I have played the demos of a couple of these titles and they just didn't grab me enough to want to play the whole game. They generally score 60/70% in reviews. Could be worse. Could be better. They're no Monkey Island, that's for sure.These are not clues, Fred.
It is not yarn leading us to the dark heart of this place.
They are half-glimpsed imaginings, tangle of shadows.
And you and I floundering at them in the ever vainer hope that we might corral them into meaning when we will not.
