    UPDATE:
Got my PC back up and running a week ago and have now resumed work on Miller's Court. I am now working on the court itself. Once it's completed you'll be able to walk the entire court as well as enter/exit No.13. I'm also considering opening up Prater's room IF we can all agree where exactly Prater lived???

Here's an image to whet your appitite amd there are MORE IMAGES HERE

      Excellent samples Richard, really impressive.

The location of Prater's room may be too controversial.

        Definitely!
(Agree about the quality of the images too.)
I won't always agree but I'll try not to be disagreeable.

Well, we know that there are two rooms on the upper floor (back room above no.13 and front room above the shed/shop). We know that Prater used the passageway entry door to ascend the stairs to her room. So my model will encompass all that and you can still argue which room is Prater's without me upsetting everyone

Fine by me. It's good of you to go to all this trouble.

What a masterpiece! I have no idea how you are doing this but the effect is perfect. Like that there seems to be a fog or an air that is filled with the smoke of coal of the times. I take it that is deliberate?

                  Just viewed,

On a Mac running Safari, download less than 30 seconds.

No way to control the field of vision once the mouse was clicked, but otherwise a seamless walk-through.
Looking forward to seeing it dirty and the bed seems to still be a bit large.

                  thank you so much.

                    Thank you
I've been on other projects these few months but I want to get back into this ASAP. I really think there's a potential to develope this into not just a walk-thru, but also as a virtual crime scene and investigative tool (if done right).

I've not got a mac so I didn't know the controls were to ****! sorry about that.

                      Not at all...

No problem, just letting you know what happened.

I am not here to criticise, your work is fantastic. I just wanted to post what happened, in case someone else tries it and gets a bit dizzy.

BTW, I had no problem getting to the room or downloading, link worked beautifully.

                        UPDATE:
I am almost ready to release a new Miller's Court walk-thru which includes the ability to walk around the whole of the actual [external] court. So now you'll be able to walk up and down Miller's Court - from the archway entrance right down to the latrine block at the bottom of the court - as well as being able to go in and out of No. 13. The camera (user viewpoint) will allow you to view the court from knee low to roof top high so you can look at the court from a multitude of angles and view points.

I have decided to keep working on Miller's Court for a bit longer rather than move on to another Ripper location because I think it would be fantastic to have ALL (or most) of Miller's Court available to explore, rather than just No.13 and a bit of the [external] court. I plan to start work on Prater's room next. Not sure if opening up the other houses in the court would be beneficial. What do you think?
What would you like to see in a Miller's Court walk-thru?

                        thanks

                          Hi Richard

It might be worth creating the interior of the house directly opposite No.13, at the other side of the pump, as there is a window in the upper room that overlooks the windows of number 13

Prater's stairs and room would also be welcome I think

Yes, I agree Nemo. I wanted to confirm The existence of that window (the window that would be pretty much dead opposite Elizabeth Prater's (alleged) room?

Yes, there was a window there. It's in Sugden (from a newspaper article illustration) and a sketch from a policeman shown at the Old Bailey at the Kitty Ronan trial which was unearthed recently by Mark Ripper. If you want I can explain the whole inside and outside layout of 26 Dorset Street and Millers Court.

Yes, If you have details of the layout(s) then I would be very keen to see them. Could you send them to me or something?
                                that would be most helpful
