  • Graphic Representations...

    Hi all,
Perhaps someone can help…….? I was locked out of games & diversions by my office so…
I remember in the past seeing a graphic of the Berner St. situation with the various figures (Pipeman, BS etc…) ….it was quite interesting………does anyone know where that is?
Secondly, and here I may be dreaming, umm, I saw some of the Sherlock Holmes Ripper case game on youtube………I thought it quite a good representation of Whitechapel circa 88…..anyway, with modern software and some of the excellent timelines dissected by various Ripperologists, I was wondering if anyone (if not now perhaps in the future) might be able to create a graphic representation of the murders themselves. That would be beyond fantastic. I imagine Mitre Sq. as being particularly fascinating. I think it’s possible we might even learn something. Perhaps something like this already exists? Just a thought. Any information would be appreciated.

    Hello Greg

The Berner Street animation is viewable at Dave Yost's dissertation on Israel Schwartz. There's also an animation giving P.C. Smith's beat on a page for P.C. William Smith. Both of these animations were created by Dave Yost for Casebook Productions, Inc., a decade or so ago.

    All the best
