I have the same problem, i own the R2 version and can't access The Final Solution ...perhaps its only on the R1 US release!!!

Same problem here. Having seen it on rented video many moons ago, I was looking forward to seeing it again (for various reasons) but have been denied the priviledge [sic].

I thought I was the only person on earth to have seen this! I threw it in the garbage. Damn. Should probably have kept it and made some money. The only thing interesting about it was seeing Stephen Knight. It was bad, just bad. So very bad.
