Looking forward to this epic book

Excellent podcast. Looking forward to the book. I was wondering if anyone has a source for the local music halls? What they looked like, the cost to drink and type of shows that went on in the music halls. We know George Lusk was a restorer of music halls, wonder if any photos are around still around of his work?
