Just because of the criticism ( Mr. Simon Wood and this..this.. Captain I-couldn't-hold-a-tune-in-a-friggin'-bucket-Jack) that these two "music lovers", who probably think Bjork and John Cage qualify as music, are levelling at JM's choice of opening tune....I am personally preparing a karaoke version of the tune that the man who put the Man in Manchester sings on Rippercast...the full version with a reprise sans instrumental accompaniment...at the beginning of the program....and loud.

If you think my speakin' voice is bad, just wait until you hear me sing. You've both been weaned on the milky teats of entitlement for far too long and now will deal with the Tonsils From Hell hisself....
That oughtta clam you guys up.

"My Grandfather's Clock" played on a radish. It doesn't get much better!

              Hi Pirate Jack,

You deserve to lose your eye-patch.

              The Smiths? Oh Puhleeze!

Their lead geezer was a pretentious no-talent Elvis look-alike git with too much hair.

Nice one, Sam. Sounds a bit John Barry-ish.

              Howard,

I can hold a tune in a friggin' bucket. Ask anyone. I'm renowned for it when I've had too many shots of Old Tennis Shoes.

              Regards,

              Simon

Apologies for turning this into Pub Talk with vegetables.

                  Hi Sam,

How do you discover you can play "My Grandfather's Clock" on a radish?

                  Regards,

                  Simon

I'm concerned about the radish, was it fully informed before it played with grandfather's clock?

While there might be sum truth in this, he is also the greatest song writer since Wolfgang Amedeus Motzart....

Whenever I hear him I think

Oh, oh what a rotten song, what a rotten song, what a rotten song.

Oh, oh what a rotten song, and what a rotten singer too.

Music to top yourself by I'd say, like Simon.

How Soon Is Now was quite good but only because its guitar riff was a straight pinch from a Barry White disco record.

No, it simply became a small casserole

In Truth they stole much. But this is also true of any great artist you wish to name...knowing the right things to Steel is part of the walk, as any Pirate will tell you
