Jack The Ripper The Scourge Of London 3 box disc set

Picked up a 3 box disc set (approx 45mins each) of Jack The Ripper The Scourge Of London from my local The Works store today. £4.99

Yet to see all but a thoroughly decent watch with expert views by Donald Rumblelow and Stewart Evans

Disc 1 - Jack the ripper , new theories and experts heading to london to follow leads

Disc 2 - Most popular theories, FBI specialist John Douglas explores steps taken by scotland yard at the time. Graphic ripper victim photos, experts offer their opinions on identity of killer

Disc 3 - cities of the underworld, sheds light on the darkest periods of london's history.

    Thanks Ceejay

I don't usually go for DVDs but in this case I think I'll sleep on it tonight - there's a Works in the city where I work, so maybe tomorrow....

    All the best

I hoped it might be new and something I had not seen. But that's not the case.
      It's these three.

      'Mysteryquest: Jack the Ripper',
      'Biography: Jack the Ripper'
'Cities of the Underworld - London: City of Blood'.
      These are not clues, Fred.
It is not yarn leading us to the dark heart of this place.
They are half-glimpsed imaginings, tangle of shadows.
And you and I floundering at them in the ever vainer hope that we might corral them into meaning when we will not.
      We will not.

Yes Ozzy right you are. This 3 disc set are of those you mention. A new edition for the 125th anniversary year it seems

Which relieves me a little, as having slept on it, I decided not to go looking...
