Hi all,
Geogad has released a Jack the Ripper audio//visual walking tour to put on your mobile phone as you do the sites. It runs 2 and a half hours.
You can sign up for a free account to download the tour. Otherwise, short samples are available at the link.
Its audio, visual and comes with a downloadable pdf map of the route, which include in this order:
Edit: Not video, but photos of the sites are imbedded in the mp3 files, which show up when you play them on a mobile (apparently) or an iPod (definitely).

I have not got 2 1/2 hours to listen to the whole thing at the moment...so that's all I have for now.
