Free and legal ripper game

This game has probably been mentioned on these boards before: http://www.oldgames.sk/en/game/jack-...download/2176/
It's abandonware so its download is perfectly legal. If you use Vista it is a bit of a pain to install but it does work. The game itself is difficult but fun.

For the record, abandonware is NOT all legal. Some abandonware is legal, some isn't, it depends on whether the copyright holder has released their license.

Fair enough, but in this case it has fallen out of copyright (I checked). My M.A. thesis supervisor would kill me if she ever found out I didn't note abandonware wasn't all out of copyright seeing as her area is digital games and my thesis was on the sociology of copyright.
