Emily Marsh Sighting Question

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows the source for the theory that WVC member and actor Charles Reeves was the person who Emily Marsh encountered in her families shop before the From Hell letter.

Also if anyone knows if this theory is mentioned in any books that would be very helpful.

Emily almost certainly met the man who intended to send Lusk the kidney section, and therefore also the From Hell note, but there is nothing to connect Reeves with this other than a suggestion he could probably mimic an Irish accent. So could lots of people.
