Eye witness central?

Hi folks

Is there a place on here that I have not yet discovered, where all the eye witness descriptions of men who might have been the Ripper are gathered together in one place and evaluated?

Funnily enough, a few hours later I stumbled across an article which among many other things includes all the eyewitness testimony.
