Edward Stanley, Annie Chapman`s man. They would regularly meet up on a Saturday ( the day she died), and spend the weekend together.
Thought it may be worth posting the "coincidental dates" given by Stanley at the Chapman inquest.
The Coroner: What have you got to say to that, Mr. Stanley?
Stanley: You can cross it all out, sir.
[Coroner] Cross your evidence out, you mean? - Oh, no; not mine, but his. It is all wrong. I went to Gosport on Aug. 6 and remained there until Sept. 1.
The Coroner: Probably the deputy has made a mistake.
Aug 6th - the day before Martha Tabram was murdered
Sept 1st - the day after Mary Nichols was murdered.
