Inquest Mismatch

If you look at the inquest for Alice Mcormic the witnesses storys do not make sense.
John M'cormick says that she had not had any alcohol.

Elizabeth Ryder says that she had not had alcohol then changes to say that she has???

Anybody else think thats strange
