I apologize for the clarity of this image. This is the 1894 OS map outside 113 Grosevenor Rd. The line below the MP is the high water mark, the lines above are the wall of the channel. The mud flat is approx. 30 feet wide. Dave

If this is what I think it means...then the find was a land find, not a water find, correct?
