Mutilated abdomen? (Once again, I'm still a newbie!)

I just read in a few places that Alice Mckenzie's abdomen was mutilated after her throat was cut, but there were no details. Was it severe, like along the lines of Annie Chapman? Why is she so easily dismissed as a Ripper victim?

Also, if she wasn't, what do you think the truth is? Coincidence (she received stabs in another confrontation), copy cat psychopath or perhaps the abdomen was eviscerated by the killer in order to make it LOOK like a Ripper killing and, thus, ward off the suspicion off himself.

I see. So, it was most likely a coincidence, where got into a knife fight before her murder or it might have been done by the murderer to make it look like a Ripper killing... Or, perhaps, it really WAS the Ripper and he, once again, had been interrupted.
