Hi Observer,

On Ebay I bought a Yashica Electro 35 GS rangefinder camera. I took it out for a spin yesterday in Bonelli Park. My goodness it was a struggle overcoming all that digital ease, but I had a great time. I certainly took less photographs than I would have done with my Canon HS230.

It's my first step towards snagging a Leica.

I have one those, unfortunately the light meter is busted. I also have an Olympus 35sp, and a Konica auto s3. Try getting your hands on the Konica, competes favourably with a Leica, with a fraction of the cost.

Is it a waste of time to discuss these things with you because you are unable to explain the inexplicable?
I think I am in a position to claim anything I want. It's up to others to either agree or disagree.

You already made it clear your mind was closed on the subject. All you were looking for was acceptance, and all you have to offer was suspicion.
Why you would make the suggestion in the first place can only be matched by asking why anyone would waste time on such a creation.
I'm not sure there is a sensible answer to either question.
