Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm not sure if this is the right place or if it should go in the police section but I wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of information on the police investigation following the discovery of the murder scene at Miller's Court. Many thanks.

Even if "the police" figured it was the same guy, what good would it do their investigation - or any hope of catching that guy - to rush it?
If by some chance, the one day inquest is being used as an indicator, that would be a misguided assumption. That is not representative of the ongoing police investigation.Best Wishes,
Hunter

We had many people under observation while the murders were being perpetrated, but it was not until the discovery of the body of Mary Kelly had been made that we seemed to get upon the trail.
It would seem that some evidence given regarding Mary Kellys death allowed the police to get upon the trail ?

Are you asking for information about how the murder of Mary Kelly altered the investigation, or are you asking about how her murder specifically was investigated? And have you looked through the resources at your left? The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
