Protruding or false teeth

Can anyone remember who mentioned Kelly as having protruding teeth or false teeth ?
Also Mrs Carthy ...does anyone remember what date the press interviewed her ?
I thought it was the Star but can't seem to find it .

I'm not sure it's the first mention, but the Echo 12 Nov has Mrs Carthy's comments and a description including the mention of false teeth, although it attributes this description to "people who knew her", rather than Mrs Carthy specifically.
