MJK Murder Photo History

Recently I came across a thread outlining the the history/provenance of the MJK Murder Photos. It indicated that one of the photos was in an early publication, but IIRC two had come to light more recently: 1967 & 1988. I believe the thread was a recent one, but can’t find the link. In any case the 4 (!) photobucket photos had been removed. I had only been aware that only two were available. Could someone repost the photos or at least repost the thread.
