A Clearer Copy of the Mary Kelly Picture?

I stumbled on to this website and being both cheap and tactless, I decided 1. I am not going to pay the $8.00 they want. 2. I'm really curious, so maybe somebody else will pay it. These folks have software that gets rid of the pixel problem in enlarged photos.
