Question: Victims outside of London that predate the C5?

There are some cases around the same time as the Ripper spree and thereafter, I was interested in a killing of a young boy in Bradford I believe, cut in half and stuffed into a barrel. That kind of additional cruelty even among killers is rare.

Whats harder to imagine is long periods of dormancy. I can see some moving around and then similar acts happening as a result more easily than I see someone fighting urges that must be overpowering.
