Attacks on women other than WM victims?

I've just been looking at the list of eleven Whitechapel murders.

Does anyone know, were these the ONLY knife-attacks on women during the period 3 April 1888 and 13 February 1891? Or are the eleven just the ones that {someone} has picked out as possibly done by the same hand?

So there were a number (1-100) of stabbings during this time that were not domestic? And a follow up question of, do any of the domestic ones have a correlation by the name or names of the perpetrator/s or victim/s?
Or is there an easy access list of these that I can get to myself?
