Has anyone done any research into the murder of Mary Ann Austin in Dorest Street 1901. I believe that the press tried to attribute her to the Ripper. I was wondering whether anyone has looked at Press coverage for it. Was it big news? Did it start panic that the Ripper was back or did it pass virtually unnoticed?
