    As someone who has had the pleasure of meeting with at least two decendants of Catherine Eddow's (including Wolverhampton four)

    I'd ask Neal Sheldon if I were you guys.

      I would agree that this might be more plausibly an image of a woman in the Civil War era United States. Facially, the woman in this portrait does not look like the fourth canonical victim, Catherine Eddowes.
