Just thought I'd mention a couple of things.
I might have missed it if it has been brought up before, so I apologise if it has, but has anyone tried to find out if Dr Evans was in Davis Ward according to Stephenson's police statement? I'm presuming Dr Evans was a patient as well unless I miss-read the statement. If he wasn't and was a staff member would any duty sheets, rotas or anything like that have survived?
And I met Jonathan Evans of the London Hospital Archives myself a couple of weeks back, while doing some research (not on Stephenson) and I just want to say he was a very nice bloke and while I didn't ask him anything taxing, he gave me the impression that if he didn't know the answer to a question than no one would.
