I watched the video, and I think that the first 15 minutes of it were pretty good. The gist of that part was an explanation for why Lilley's testimony can't be relied upon, which I think is a reasonable position. He believes that if we could rely on her testimony, that would tend to clear Lechmere, which I don't necessarily think is the case.

The last 12 minutes of the video has its moments, but is marred by his attempt to argue that the medical or bleeding evidence can establish the TOD precisely and by his making too much out of the fact that Lilley wasn't called to the inquest.

My objection to the title is that I don't claim that Cross can be cleared, but there are also lots of other Ripper suspects that can't be cleared, so inability to clear him is a very low bar.

For me, the most annoying moment of the video came toward the end when Stow refers to how the police allowed Lechmere to "escape justice". A person's guilt of a murder charge is not a good thing to be presumptuous about.

I agree Lewis. I do find the whole thing very strange though. Fiver, I think it was, used the phrase ‘Cult Of Lechmere,’ and that’s how it’s become. A kind of crusade where any sense of reason or balance flies out of the window. Every single thing that gets mentioned in some way points to his guilt. So much so that we even got one poster saying that Cross’ behaviour in in Bucks Row was so ‘just like a witness’ that it was too good to be true indicating his guilt! You really couldn’t make it up.
