Hi all
I noted that on the web it lists George Hutchinson as the illustrator of some Sherlock Holmes stories!
Is this the same man and if it is has anyone checked for signatures on the artwork for handwriting samples?

Ah nice one Simon!
Can't honestly see much in similarity there yet except a slight likeness in the dropping loopy bits of the letter 'Y' and the long 'S' in September in the Dear Boss letter 17 September, compared with the hanging loops from the 'H' and 'N' in his signature.

But it ain't that close!
