Im sure he did. This guy sounds a lot like Bury.
But he's 51 at the times of the murders-does his advanced age rule him out?
Also, Police suspected him, so I assume they interrogated him and checked out his whereabouts on the nights of the murders and cleared him.

I wasn't really proposing Piggot as 'JTR'-more imagining if he could have contributed to the Leather Apron scare in Sept by also being a man who was bullying and harassing women late at night in the area. We know he was definitely involved in some sort of incident on 8th Sept as he received a bitten hand which brought him under suspicion in the Chapman murder.
Piggot supposedly resembled Pizer.
Piggot regularly lodged in the Brick Lane area but was a man who apparently had no ties to the area through work or family and who had family and roots in other areas of London.
