    Some say this peculiar man know to Whitechapel locals as "Butcher Bert" was Jack the Ripper.

    He lived on Sesame Street in the 1891 census which was a few minutes away from Dorset street.

    However I doubt he was JtR because he doesn't match any of the witness descriptions.

    That being said maybe his unique face could be described as blotchy which could open up many possibilities.
