    Harris, M, (1994)The True Face of Jack The Ripper, Michael O’Mara Books

    could they please contact me as I need to check a small point in it.

      The BBC-hosted h2g2 website says:

      'It is written in “The True Face of Jack The Ripper” that Inspector Abberline thought a Mr. George Chapman was The Ripper. Abberline questioned Lucy Baderski, Chapman’s landlady, about his night-time activities and according to Ms. Baderski, Mr. Chapman was usually out until three or four the next morning, enough time to become The Ripper.’

      What I want to know is, have they quoted Mr Harris accurately? And was it Harris, or the person writing on the website, who calls Lucy his 'landlady'?

      To save you the trouble of unravelling that, I guess the easiest thing for you might be to scan the relevant page for me?
