REGINALD SAUNDERSON in the census

Has anyone found or looked through the census records for Reginald Saunderson? I was wondring if it has been officially confirmed that he was definatly 21 when he murdered Augusta Dawes in 1894? I know the press said he was 21 but I know how they can get things wrong sometimes....
