    Hello Tom,

I am very sorry, but Chapter 7 in your forthcoming book will have to be re-written, PAV was not in love with Charlie Farley aka Le Grand, it was JK Stephen who wrote love letters to Le Grand and poems of such passion that Charlie boy twice jumped into the Thames.

Sadly, he only jumped from a canoe moored at Putney wharf at low tide, and his boots were sufficient to quell the height of the water. He did however twist his ankle which left him with an unusual gait- a pronounce limp- which was pronounced in French.

These details were left out of David Arahamsen's book due to lack of psychiatric proof.
Apparently JKS referred to Charles in communication by his pet name - 'mon petit pois' .

    Best wishes

    Phil
