I found this yesterday, it's a passage from:
Inaugural Address
Migration and Nemesis

The Chicago Club 1977

'The official description at the time recorded him as stout and solid built with massive head and thinning hair. He was 5ft 9in tall and there was a squint to his light grey eyes.'

I found it as a pdf file, can't seem to find it now as I don't remember exactly what I typed in the search engine.
