.....erm Jack spots.

What is the current state of affairs regarding the Ripper murder locations? I see from street view that the area around Mitre Square, 'Bucks Row' and MJK's sites are all building sites as such. I've also never quite worked out the 'exact' spot on Hanbury Street via street view. Looks a bit dodgy along there..
I did read a thread here once stating how most of the sites are being changed and that Mitre Square is basically the only one left that is close enough unchanged as far as the actual area is concerned.
