    Durward Street.
Yes another example of institutional suspect bias. They can never get anything right about the Nichols murder.

Moonbeggar I recommend you take a box load of CDs to the shop when it opens and keep badgering them until they stock it

Looking for a tartan room. They found both in McMillers Court.

Two couples, in their early-to-mid 50s, I'd guess. The main man doing all the talking clearly knew a thing or two about marketing.
            Kind regards, Sam Flynn

No, I was eating alone, Ed. I'd temporarily taken leave of the Ripperconf and was grabbing something to eat before a show at Covent Garden. Steak & kidney pie and chips in Goulston Street, followed by an appointment at the Royal Opera House. Sheer decadence!
                Kind regards, Sam Flynn

Was it on the Friday late afternoon, while it was raining heavily when the tour was petering out

It certainly was, Ed. I left the party at the Mumbai Square, and called into Happy Days en route to a clothes-change at my hotel.

I suspect you are better at judging marketing skill than you are at judging age.
I am always badging the owner to do a themed refit.

                          Think I prefer the original.

Official? Presumably holds a royal warrant.

And what are those suspicious-looking red boxes in the gutter?

Love how it's an official JTR shop when JTR himself/themselves (depending on which you subscribe to) is an "unofficial" myth.
