    Crossingham's Lodging House, 35 Dorset Street, can be seen on the left of the photograph.

    This means we are looking towards Commercial Street.

      You could be right. By coster-monger's barrow, do you mean that table set up on the street? Then the entrance to Millers Court would be to the right? If so, could the sign above say 'Millers Court'?

      Can anyone get better resolution on the lettering?

      The Leonard Matters' photo of the entrance to Millers Court does show a narrow-bricked archway, which appears to be absent on the right side of the image.

          Okay,
          I've created another one for Dorset Street. This time the original photo is totally untouched and from it, I've created an empty street version scene.
