                That's a cracking photo, very atmospheric. I love the contrast between the dying out rows of brick terrace and the sleek, ultra modern (c1971) tower block in the background. The march of progress...

                      As happens, I've got a book from the late 60's called "The Tower Block", aimed at kids. It explains how the people from the 'old town' couldn't appreciate what modernization would bring, but luckily there were town planners to bulldoze their streets, close their shops and deliver them into the high-rise Valhalla of tomorrow. It's shockingly patronising, and that photo of Old Montague Street sums it up. Nice one Christian, I've viewed many of your pics, but this is a gem. Keep at it mate.
