I just wanted to note for the record that these weather data were originally compiled for the now defunct Casebook Productions, Inc. website by Dave Yost, author of Elizabeth Stride and Jack The Ripper: The Life and Death of the Reputed Third Victim. A dissertation by Dave on the Stride case is also available here at Casebook.
