About education possibilities in LVP GBR!

We've been talking about the education of the vics, especially the ones of Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly.

So, to the point;

Can anyone tell in general about the possibilities of the working/lower middle-class people's in education during this period of time?!
