Nemo - Eddelston was one of the first Ripper books I ever bought and it does a fine job of pinpointing the murder spots fairly closely. There are some whopping errors in it but it's still one of my personal favourites. It includes small maps with things marked out and is worth getting if you can find one, which shouldn't be too difficult. It was mostly from Eddelston that I first got the information for the tours I did in the early days.
