Hi Monty,
The first two arches from Christian Street don't seem to be numbered, which doesn't mean to say they are not, I just didn't see any numbers poking out. Arches 3 to 12 are numbered 3 to 12. Then the arch which should be number 13 is in fact number 15. The torso arch doesn't have a number, presumably as I've mentioned before there's no entrance to it on the Pinchin Street side.
You will be pleased to know it looks like the rest of the East End now. I went along Burdett Road for the first time on Saturday (by bus) and it is a mixture of old and new.
