Hi here are a few more photos of the East End, I realise they do not have the interest of the Photos of yesteryear, but ehy do provide and insight into what the East End looks like today.
The first looks across St James place into Duke Street, it is possible the Ripper escaped this way after murdering Catherine Eddowes.
The second is an alley running off Artillery Lane, Jack the Sprayer has been at work.
The third is Little Allie Street, the rag trade still in evidence in the East End. Camelot fashions.
