Here's a 1894 plan of 33 and 35 Hanbury Street - adjacent to Barbers Yard. Just two doors down from 29 (which was to the left).

Andrew - I completely agree with Adam, you are a git of the highest order. I shall forgive you, however, as that Bishopsgate Station photo has made my day! How have I been missing that all this time?

11-12 Duval Street in 1908 - owned by Mr J McCarthy - proposed rebuilding.
Two versions of the front and side elevations as one was a bit faint.

          14/15 Duval Street 1937 - I think it's the smaller Crossingham's opposite Miller's Court.

A faint plan from 15th November 1886 of the larger Crossingham's - given as 34 Dorset Street, on corner with Little Paternoster Row.

                Hi Andrew,
Another fine set of photos - well done!
Can't wait to get down there for a spot of night photography myself.

                Best
                Steve

Excellent find but can you make 'em a bit bigger as I can't read the darn things!
                  900x600 would be fine!

800x550 actually but sometimes more is less.

As far as plans/drawings are concerned the bigger the better.
Worked from many 'fag packet' size sketches in the past (still do), but my eyes aren't as good nowadays. Lol

Which one do you want bigger?
(they are copied from microfiche and then I took a picture of the photocopy with my camera phone)

All would be ideal, but the last two are the one's I can't make much out of, so if it's no trouble they will do.
                          TIA

He must work there, Stephen...he couldn't possibly swallow this much microfiche in order to smuggle it out to us!

                            Thanks Lechmere, it's great stuff!

I don't know if this helps at all, but I just took the Hanbury diagram and tried to sharpen & clarify the image a little.

I have a pretty basic photo system on my computer and the camera buffs here probably have much fancier ones, but I'd be happy to try sharpening another image if somebody would like me to.

                              Best regards,
