mitre sq renovation

Wondered if anyone can help with this. Im trying to put a date to some photos i took years ago.I had taken some photos of mitre square in the past and there was some "renovation" work going on...flower beds,benches maybe even new paving ,and some alterations i believe to some of the entries or exits to the square.Just cant recall when they were taken ,Im guessing somewhere in the 1975-1980 era,possibly earlier.Id reproduce them here but my scanner has decided its not gonna work anymore it seems.

Dougie, give your scanner a kick!

We'd certainly love to see these photos. I believe the flower bed by Ripper's Corner was constructed around 1986/7. The old warehouses on the square went about 1979/80.
