In which MM version is Kosminski a bootmaker?

The multiple versions are confusing. from reading Fido's book, there is mention that one unreleased version gave more info on Kosminski and referenced him being a bootmaker. is this one of the versions that cannot be found or confirmed?

how many known versions are there exactly? has one or more version now gone missing? what are the major differences in the versions that are known to exist?
